My mentorship offers you personalized support and constructive feedback through individual sessions by phone or Zoom. Each month you'll receive two private one-hour phone sessions with me plus a reasonable amount of email communication between appointments. See below for more details.

Mentees receive 2 one-hour appointments each month to review case studies and/or discuss any other related matters, such as business logistics, practice policies, and personal issues that come up in establishing a practice. Appointments may be by phone or Zoom. I am also available by email for short replies between sessions to provide feedback or follow up on what we discussed in your sessions.  

Specific days each month are reserved for these appointments and may vary from month to month, based on my schedule. I'll send you a link to my mentor appointment calendar during the last week of each month so you can book times that are convenient for you. All appointments are on weekdays between 11 and 5 pm. Once you book an appointment, if you cancel or need to change the date or time, it may be possible to reschedule by using the calendar link you receive each month; however, rescheduled appointments may not be carried over from month to month. 

Mentorship sessions are $90.00 per hour or $540.00 for the three-month mentoring (six hours total mentoring). There is no drop-in option. You must commit to a minimum of two phone sessions per month for three months. After the three months, you can continue to work with me on a month-by-month basis as my schedule allows. Pay the full amount when you register or arrange to make monthly payments. A sliding scale is available upon request.

This program is open to student practitioners who have completed a solid foundational course in herbal studies and are ready to actively solicit clients and create case studies with complete treatment protocols. You should have an herb apothecary (or access to one) to fulfill your clients' herb recommendations. You must also submit some forms used for clinical practice (see list below) before we begin our work together. Copies of your forms should be submitted when you apply for the program. Samples of each required form are available on request if needed. To apply, send me an email requesting a Mentorship Application and submit it along with:

• Disclosure/Informed Consent Form
• Health History Intake Form
• Your CV or Resume

Once I receive your information, I’ll will contact you to set up a short telephone interview. After this, if we agree to work together, we'll book your first two appointments. You'll receive a digital packet of information with additional forms you can use to set up your case files and other materials. Payment is required when we set your first appointment. In addition to your monthly appointments, all mentees receive detailed guidelines for submitting cases, a Case Review Template form (based on AHG mentorship guidelines for clinical training), other forms and practice support materials.

Credit for any cases presented may be claimed as clinical hours when applying for registered herbalist membership in the AHG.
